Job description

Schedule: 6pm - 6am, 7 shifts per pay; Plus Weekend/Holiday rotation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
As a Switchboard Operatory & Registrar, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our patients' experience with Schneck as one of the first touch points when coming to our organization!
EDUCATION
Minimum: High school diploma or GED/HSE accredited by the State Board of Education
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: General knowledge running switchboard console
Preferred: One year experience with multi-telephone switchboard console.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Consistent adherence to Schneck's Standards of Behavior.
2. Effective operation and monitoring of switchboard console.
3. Expedient reporting of emergency calls.
4. Assistance with the Registration of ER patients.
