Job description

We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Line Cook to join our kitchen brigade. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment where precision, consistency, and passion for craft are non-negotiable. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, takes pride in technical execution, and is committed to elevating every plate that leaves the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station(s) (e.g., sauté, grill, garde manger, sauce, pantry) according to restaurant standards
  • Prepare mise en place daily, ensuring all components are ready for service
  • Execute dishes consistently to recipe specifications, including portioning, plating, and presentation
  • Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service while communicating clearly with the pass and fellow cooks
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature throughout prep and service
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
  • Properly label, rotate, and store ingredients (FIFO)
  • Maintain a clean, organized station throughout and at the end of each shift
  • Collaborate with the sous chef and executive chef on menu development, specials, and seasonal changes
