Chef Tournant (Swing Chef)

Webster's Bistro & Bar is seeking a talented and dependable Chef Tournant to join our culinary team. This versatile position works across all kitchen stations, providing support where needed while maintaining our high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
Responsibilities:

  •  Prepare and cook menu items across multiple stations 
  •  Fill in for line cooks and assist the Executive Chef as needed 
  •  Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment 
  •  Follow all food safety and kitchen procedures 
  •  Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment 
Qualifications:

  •  Previous professional kitchen experience required 
  •  Ability to work all stations with confidence and efficiency 
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  •  Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
