Job description

We are a growing custom pool builder specializing in high-quality, in-ground swimming pools. Due to increased demand, we are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners throughout Fairfield County.

Position Overview

This is an in-home sales position focused on consulting with homeowners who have already expressed interest in building a swimming pool.

✔ Leads Provided – No Cold Calling
✔ Comprehensive Training Provided
✔ Commission-Based Compensation (Unlimited Earning Potential)

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present pool design options, explain pricing, and close sales.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at their residences to discuss custom pool projects

  • Present design concepts and product options

  • Provide accurate pricing and project information

  • Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to contract

  • Maintain a professional and reputable presence in the community

  • Follow up with prospects to close sales

Qualifications
