Job Requirements:- 1+ year experience in the swimming pool industry
- 1+ year of successful experience in fast-paced, top-level sales
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a drug test/have a clean background report
- Pool Studio experience preferred
- ProEdge experience is a plus

Job Compensation:- Uncapped commissions

Duties:- Conduct Design Consultation where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
- After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software.
- Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
- Using a presentation binder, conduct a design presentation to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers.
- Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval.
- Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
- Build referral relationships.
- Exceed customer expectations.
