Job description

Job Title: Team Member

Department: Store Operations / Sales

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: Overland Park, KS

Summary

The Team Member is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while preparing and serving our signature menu items, including donuts, coffee, ice cream, and specialty beverages. This role requires energy, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive experience for every customer.

Team Members work closely with managers and fellow team members to ensure efficient operations, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly and welcoming customer service
  • Take food and drink orders using the POS system
  • Prepare donuts, coffee, ice cream, and specialty drinks
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Work as part of a team to meet store goals
  • Help with all opening, midshift, and closing duties
  • Keep work areas stocked and organized
    • Qualifications
  • Must be 16+ years of age or older
  • Friendly personality and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • No previous restaurant experience required (training provided)

    Starting Pay: $11 per hour + Tips

  • Average tips for the 66212 area are between $2$7/ hour

    • Estimated Total Pay: $13 – $18 per hour, depending on tips.
