CABANA ATTENDANT

Hawaiian Falls Waterparks

Position Summary

Cabana Attendants provide fast, friendly, and personalized food and beverage service to guests in private cabanas. This role focuses on delivering an elevated guest experience through order-taking, food delivery, cleanliness, and communication with multiple park departments. This position is service-driven and guest-focused, with opportunities to earn tips.

Essential Functions
  • Greet Cabana guests and provide attentive, personalized service.
  • Take and fulfill food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to assigned cabanas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cabana areas.
  • Communicate guest needs, special requests, and service issues with Food & Beverage and park leadership.
  • Support guest celebrations, special events, and premium experiences.
  • Follow proper food safety, cash-handling (if applicable), and sanitation procedures.
  • Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • No prior experience required; hospitality or wait-service experience preferred.
  • Willingness to comply with grooming guidelines, food safety standards, and employment policies.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required training programs.
  • Must have Pre-employment & Certification Requirements.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull food trays, beverages, and supplies with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to bend, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to navigate crowded guest areas safely.
