We are seeking a Sustainability Systems and Analytics Manager - Low-Code Data Engineer to oversee and enhance Corteva's sustainability technology solutions. This role will ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of ESG reporting tools, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM), and Environmental Resilience Analytics (ERA). The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing sustainability reporting, data governance, compliance, and infrastructure optimization across the organization. This role will will be based at our Global Headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. with our Hybrid work shedule.
What You'll Do:
  • Own and resolve data and metric calculation issues across MSM and ERA.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage system interfaces and integrations (upstream/downstream).
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and standards.
  • Support data analysis and insights generation.
  • Coordinating with data leads and system owners.
  • Maintain and update configurations in Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and Fabric.
  • Apply updates and patches from Microsoft GIT to MSM and related Power Platform applications.
  • Oversee license management and renewals.
  • Manage data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines in Fabric.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols and data governance controls in Power Platform and Fabric environments.
  • Integrate systems and tools across the Microsoft sustainability tech stack.
  • Optimize cloud resources and ensure system uptime and backups in Power Platform Admin Center and Fabric Admin Portal.
  • Lead change management for new data flows and notification systems.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base and training materials.
  • Manage a backlog of feature enhancements and prioritize updates.
  • Enhance methodologies, reporting templates, and dashboard visualizations.
  • Re-run data jobs and upload remediated data during error handling.
  • Perform manual data runs outside scheduled freeze dates as needed.

What Skills You Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree(s) in Sustainability, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Fabric Compute).
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, and One-Lake Architecture(s).
