Job description

Summary
 
The Manager Analytics Portfolio & Program Management is responsible for enterprise intake, prioritization, governance, and transparency for business intelligence, analytics, and data initiatives across Parkview. Provides leadership for the analytics portfolio and program management function, ensuring that work is aligned to organizational priorities, appropriately governed, and clearly communicated to stakeholders.

Reporting to the Vice President Data/Analytics & AI, leads a team of Technical Program Management professionals and serves as the primary owner of analytics project and program intake processes. Partners closely with analytics, data infrastructure, AI, clinical, and business leaders to enable disciplined decision-making, effective prioritization, and visibility across the analytics portfolio.

Education 

Bachelor’s degree required in business, information systems, healthcare, analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in program, portfolio, or project management in analytics, data, technology, or related domains. Experience establishing or operating intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance processes. Experience supporting enterprise analytics, data, or technology initiatives in complex organizations. Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments preferred
