Responsible for leading and managing Field Survey Managers (FSMs) across multiple project sites, ensuring consistent execution of survey operations in compliance with company processes, state regulations, and applicable land surveying standards. This role evaluates FSM performance and analyzes field data to identify gaps, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high-quality survey deliverables. The Survey Manager collaborates closely with other Geomatics functions, Engineering, Construction, and project leadership teams to coordinate training, resolve technical challenges, and support project execution. This role monitors and reports project trends, risks, and overall performance to senior leadership, providing actionable insights. Location & Travel Details: This position is open to remote, but would require 50% travel throughout the US.
