Job description

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a singleconnected HCM platform. As Paychex and Paycor come together, we're combining innovative technology, data-driven insights, AI, and human expertise to help organizations work smarter, support their people, and achieve better business outcomes. This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to invest in innovation, simplify client experiences, and shape the future of work. Overview

As a Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization Enablement for Digital Sales at SurePayroll, you will own the Revenue Optimization Enablement Development team and lead a fundamental strategic shift from a team that answers questions to an AI first team that proactively detects problems, diagnoses root causes, and recommends actions across multiple business lines. • Cross Functional Delivery: Own the execution of cross org projects, partnering with product, sales, marketing, and finance to translate data into decisions that drive business growth, and align measurement so every team is working off single source of truth.
  • Digital Analytics: Manage digital analytics tools and define techniques to extract meaningful insights from data, enabling evidence-based decisions.
  • Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of regulations, compliance, and industry-specific challenges to ensure data strategies align with legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the BI platforms.
