Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Telephone Support

Intratek Computer, Inc., a California based company, was founded and incorporated in 1989 as a computer service, support, and networking firm to provide state-of-the-art customized information technology solutions for Federal, State and County agencies, as well as leading private commercial accounts. We have comprehensive experience providing IT support services, including hardware and software support, maintenance and repair, programming, professional staffing, networking, web design and development, and helpdesk implementation and management.

Intratek Computer, Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representative (CST) providing support for Telephone devices both VOPI and Analog.

Employment Details:

  • Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Telephone Support
  • Richland, WA
  • Fulltime
  • Monday through Thursday โ€“ 10 hour days
  • Start ASAP

Full Benefits include:

Provide Tier1 telephone help desk support, including:

  • Completing requests for change to telephone service such as setting up call forwarding, updating line appearances, changes to voicemail, setting up voicemail
  • Work with move coordinator and other Hanford contractors to arrange telephone move/add/changes
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers' telephone issues
  • Diagnose and resolve telephone issues
  • Working with Voice Engineer, tier 2 and 3 support as needed and coordinate repairs with field support technicians and engineers as appropriate
  • Use Cisco Unity and Cisco Call Manager programs to update telephone information
  • Submit work tickets using the Remedy and ESP ticketing systems
  • Updating Analog telephone data using the COMMIT program

Required Skills

  • High school education or GED
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Skills in telephone services, verbal communications and customer focused listening, professionalism, leadership and time management.
  • Previous experience working in the call center environment.
