We are looking for an AI Agent Implementation Specialist to play a crucial role in driving the transformation of Marketing Automation and Innovation. This IC role will report to Senior Manager, MarTech Solution and Innovation.   

Position Overview:  

We are seeking an AI Agent Developer & Marketo Administrator to join our Marketing Operations team. You will focus on building and implementing AI agents for marketing workflows, administering our Marketo platform, supporting critical MarTech integrations, and providing campaign operations support across US time zones. This is a hands-on technical role that bridges AI engineering and marketing operations. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases, in partnership with cross functional marketing teams, to support end-to-end campaign lifecycle. 

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations; ensure platform health and performance optimization 

  • Support critical MarTech tool integrations, including connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing Management teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations 

  • Maintain documentation and provide enablement/training of AI agent adoption, Marketo configurations, integrations. 

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and Marketo platform; provide timely support to marketing teams. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 1-2 years building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems 

  • 2-3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience 

  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar) 

  • Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization 

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems 

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
