Role Overview - Supervisor Support Manager:
As a Supervisor Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals.
