Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
  • Tyonek Services Group is providing aircraft maintenance and logistics services in support of the 128th Aviation Brigade training aircraft and component work requirements supporting the 128th Aviation Brigade training at Fort Eustis, The support will be conducted in accordance with current Army directives, including but not limited to, AR 95-1 and AR 95-20.
  • Provide field and approved sustainment level maintenance of assigned and supported training aircraft, training support and training base equipment, and Ground Support Equipment.
DUTIES:
  • Must be able to perform all aspects of maintenance and troubleshooting on all ground support equipment and components, including diesel engines, tow tractors and trucks, towbars, hydraulic stands, jacks.
  • Must be able to read, understand, and follow maintenance manuals and writing
  • Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must possess a High School diploma or
  • Must have completed military or vocational school in Aviation Ground Support Equipment Repair or Aircraft Maintenance and have six (6) years of experience.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of hydraulic systems, lines fittings, hoses, and architecture.
  • Demonstrate experience reading AGSE wire diagrams and schematics, and performing Depot AGSE
  • Must be a US Citizen
