Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a skilled and experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment failures.
โ€ข Power on/power off devices, reset remote management connection IDs and passwords.
โ€ข Reseat cables and perform general troubleshooting.
โ€ข Provide feedback on console displays, such as stop errors or blue screens.
โ€ข Identify and report audible errors and system failures.
โ€ข Collaborate effectively with other team members.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 4-6 years of experience in desktop support, specifically L2/L3 level.
โ€ข Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
โ€ข Proficient in desktop operating systems and troubleshooting issues.
โ€ข Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
โ€ข Experience with client-side mail systems (MS Outlook), MS Office, and other industry-standard applications.
โ€ข Experience in managing VIP clients.
โ€ข Printer support and troubleshooting expertise.
