Description
Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits' products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuits' sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.
Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Project Manager drives cross functional, global supply chain initiatives that improve cost, service, resilience, and scalability across the end to end supply chain. This role supports execution of supply chain strategy through delivery of cross-functional projects and driving alignment.
The position manages complex, multi workstream projects from concept through execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. The Supply Chain Project Manager proactively identifies risks and dependencies, drives data based decision making, and ensures stakeholders remain aligned through clear governance, communication, and change management.
Operating in a fast paced electronics environment, this role plays a critical part in enabling successful product launches, mitigating supply risk, improving operational performance, and supporting continuous improvement across global supply chain operations.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Function:
  • Support Supply Chain Members with development/planning of new project plans
    • Work with project leads to define and document project purpose, objective, scope, stakeholders, key deliverables, and measurable business outcomes
    • In collaboration with project lead and relative Mini-Circuits Members, create project plans including a detailed breakdown of phases, milestones, tasks, task owners, and due dates.
    • Review overall project plan with project lead for approval
  • Develops cross-functional project plans aligned to supply chain priorities
    • Coordinate regular project status meetings, develop meeting agendas, manage timelines and schedule adherence, capture minutes / action items, and drive decision-making and accountability
    • Support cross-functional project alignment across Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to meet business objectives
    • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation with a sense of urgency, including appropriate escalation
    • Advance change management activities including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking
    • Lead contingency planning and scenario analysis for critical supply chain projects
    • Conduct formal project close-outs, capturing lessons learned and actionable recommendations
  • Establish and drive structured project governance standards, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and best practices within the Supply Chain function
  • Serve as primary point of accountability for assigned project delivery, including escalation of risks and constraints
  • Present regular project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise, decision-oriented format
  • Leverage ERP, PLM, and supply chain systems to deliver process improvements and program transparency
  • Develop standard project dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting, presentations, insights, and recommendations for review with Supply Chain Management
  • Use data analytics to drive prioritization, decision-making, and continuous improvement
  • Complete special projects / assignments as needed to support the overall Global Supply Chain Organization with Department service level requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering specialty, Supply Chain Management, and/or Project Management
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel
  • High level of accountability and ownership, with a strong sense of urgency, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, PgMP, Prince2) preferred
  • Familiarity with Smartsheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes or electronics industry experience a plus
