Assignment Length: 6 Month Contract (Potential for Extension or conversion)


Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to support strategic supply chain initiatives through project coordination, business analysis, financial tracking, and executive reporting. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and cross-functional teams to help drive project execution by monitoring progress, tracking key metrics, and providing leadership with timely updates on project performance.


The ideal candidate has a strong supply chain background, excellent organizational skills, and experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects while keeping stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.


Assignment Responsibilities

  • Support multiple Supply Chain projects by tracking milestones, deliverables, timelines, and key project activities.
  • Assist with business case development and benefit tracking to help measure project outcomes.
  • Monitor capital spending and project financials, ensuring accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project resources and staffing plans to provide visibility into team capacity and project needs.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation and support governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help identify process improvements that increase project visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management or business analysis experience supporting Supply Chain organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and cross-functional business processes.
  • Experience supporting project financial tracking, budgeting, or capital planning activities.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations and project status updates.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Supply Chain transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with resource planning and project reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
