Job description

Position: LATAM Supply Chain Project Manager Officer (Contract)
Location: Remote, US (Preference for candidates near major airports)
Hourly Pay Rate: Depends on experience
Duration: 6-12 months Contract
Travel: Minimal (Potential travel to Brazil, approximately 20% of the time)
Language Requirements: English: Proficient || Spanish and/or Portuguese: Fluent (Mandatory)
Additional Details:
Work Style: Flexible, can be based anywhere in the US or Brazil.
Typical Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Hours may vary)
Summary: The LATAM Supply Chain Project Manager Officer will oversee the supply chain separation project for the LATAM region, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the global separation strategy. The role involves developing and managing cross-functional plans, tracking project progress, and leading S4Hana implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop cross-functional cut-over plans including TWP execution, planning readiness, relabeling activities, and 3PL and transportation readiness.
Establish project management structures and reporting elements.
Collaborate with the Global SC Project Management Officer to align regional plans with the global separation strategy.
Manage indirect cross-functional teams in supply chain connections (e.g., QA, RA, Procurement, Legal) involved in the separation program.
Lead the S4Hana implementation for supply chain across the LATAM region.
Ensure business readiness for go-live by overseeing critical deliverables such as 3PL, transportation network, order management, and planning.
Requirements:
Supply Chain Expertise: Strong background in supply chain management, particularly in SAP implementation.
Interview Process: Conducted via Teams in two rounds. The candidate must be on camera, prepared, and on time.

First Round: Sr. Manager, Supply Chain LA, and HR Generalist/HRBP
Second Round: Director, Global Supply Chain, PMO, and Director, Reg
