Job description

Frito-Lay is seeking Warehouse Workers / Material Handlers to work in distribution centers loading, unloading, moving, and organizing snack products for delivery routes. Warehouse Workers are responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, picking and packing orders, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to move product.

Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts, and some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives. Warehouse Workers are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, scanning products into inventory systems, stacking and wrapping pallets, and preparing orders for delivery drivers.

The role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, pension benefits in some locations, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and employee discount programs.
