How You'll Make an Impact

Epsilon is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst (FSA) to join the Financial Systems team. As an FSA, you will be responsible for the implementation of new technology and the support of existing solutions and processes that support our Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The SFSA will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with teammates, users, and the greater finance/IT organization with our sales compensation tool, Xactly.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve

  • You will act as the primary business systems support for the Xactly Sales Compensation financial system (including Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance).
  • You will be responsible for configuration (build), testing and implementation of SC plans in Xactly Incent including report and dashboard creation, working closely with the Sales Compensation team.
  • You will be entrusted to configure/implement new sales compensation plans including gathering and documenting processes, determining overall design and system integrations, configuration, and testing components).
  • Ability to work directly with individuals across the organization including finance, accounting, internal IT (hardware, software, networking, and DBA's).
  • Maintain and act as an ambassador for the Financial Systems team to proactively ensure maximum utilization of technology.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate training of Sales Compensation Team administrators and provide administration users with continued training and guidance on system use and best practices through system documentation and communications.

    • 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration or development
    • Experience with commission tools
    • Advanced Excel skills, including financial/ operational modeling (for validation of configuration)
    • General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

 Compensation Range: USD $60,700.00 - USD $112,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
