What Youโ€™ll Do

  • The Craft: Prepare, cut, and trim meat (beef, poultry, pork) to store standards and customer specifications.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a beautiful, clean, and fully stocked meat case that showcases our premium products.
  • Customer Service: Act as an expert for our shoppersโ€”giving advice on different cuts, cooking temperatures, and meal prep ideas.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a spotless workspace. Youโ€™ll follow all food safety protocols (HACCP) and keep equipment like saws and grinders in top shape.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving deliveries, checking for freshness, and ensuring proper labeling and rotation.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in a meat department or commercial kitchen is a plus, but not required if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
