Administrative Assistant –
Summit Home Care – NJ

Summit Home Care is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the office functions including helping out with home care scheduling, recruitment and HR compoments.. Ideal for someone with strong admin skills preferably in a home care or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with billing processing.

  • Support the running of a home care office

  • Good customer service

  • Maintain direct care with caregivers and clients

  • Maintain organized records.

Requirements:

  • Admin experience

  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency.

  • HHAeXchange experience a plus.
