Reporting Relationship: Assistant Vice President of Operations and Facilities Services
Unit: IWU-Marion
Department: Facilities Management-IWU Marion
Campus Location: Maintenance Building, Marion, IN
Summary of Position: Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include: General Maintenance; General Housekeeping; General Grounds Care; or Assist where needed within Facilities Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include:
    • General Maintenance
    • General Housekeeping
    • General Grounds Care
    • Assist where needed within Facilities Services
  • Adhere to any safety regulations and standards spelled out in the IWU safety policy
  • Comply with any processes and procedures established by Facilities management and or Indiana Wesleyan University administration. May be required to work overtime as directed by supervision

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
