The National Security Sector at Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Fort Meade, MD. This critical role is part of a robust program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

Location: Fort Meade, Maryland
As a SIGINT SME, you'll serve as a pivotal force driving Air Force and National Security Agency Technical SIGINT (TechSIGINT) policies. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the future of AF SCC TechSIGINT operations.
What You'll Do:
  • Be the essential bridge between the NSA and the Air Force for TechSIGINT revitalization, championing mission-critical needs and delivering enhanced capabilities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Air Force TechSIGINT and TCPED policies, strategies, and standards.
  • Lead the way in operations management, crafting innovative plans and initiatives to strengthen the Air Force enterprise.
  • Collaborate with 16 AF and its ISR Wings to sustain a high-performing operational environment, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
  • Advocate for operational policies, influencing high-level decision-making alongside key leaders.
  • Represent 16 AF with diverse organizations, fostering meaningful connections across DoD directorates, intelligence agencies, academia, and industry.

The Essentials (Basic Qualifications):
  • Educational/ Overall Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (with 12+ years of experience) or Master's Degree (with 10+ years of experience). Additional related experience, advanced certifications and training or, a combination of all three may substitute for a degree.
  • Graduated from a DoD or National Intelligence Agency SIGINT school.
  • Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Solid background in Tactical Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED).
  • Expertise in ISR platforms and direct collaboration with national and strategic intelligence missions.
  • Strong familiarity with the Joint Command and DoD structure.
