Total Target Compensation: $120, 000 (Base salary plus commission)
Responsibilities
Prospecting: Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to initiate contact with potential clients.
Meeting and Presenting: Deliver engaging and informative presentations tailored to the client's requirements and pain points.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
CRM Management: Track and manage opportunities, leads, and interactions within the CRM to ensure a systematic sales process.
Sales Goals/Quotas: Work diligently to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Day-to-Day Outreach: Conduct daily outreach activities, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions, to engage with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain a high level of activity to generate a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Participate in team huddles or sales meetings to discuss progress, share best practices, and receive coaching and feedback.
Customer Training: Provide training and educational sessions to customers to ensure they understand how to use our products or services effectively.
Price Quotations and Service Agreements: Prepare and present price quotations and service agreement contracts to potential clients.
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, meeting revenue goals, and contributing to the success of the organization. Your ability to prospect effectively, manage opportunities in the CRM, and deliver compelling presentations will be essential in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in a related field such as construction management, engineering, or business.
A deep understanding of the construction industry, including construction layout processes and technologies.
Sales Experience:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the construction technology or equipment sector.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Familiarity with construction layout, Total Station instruments, and related surveying and measurement technologies.
Proficient on a PC and wide range of software applications.
