The licensed nurse provides care to the residents of the facility. Provide basic nursing care such as checking blood pressure, inserting catheters, and helping comfort patients by performing tasks such as changing and dressing. Document accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status: Document patient care, including nursing intervention, patient response to care provided, patient needs, problems, capabilities, limitations, and progress toward goals.
