Job description


LIVunLtd is looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our team on a seasonal basis! This seasonal, part-time, Electric Shuttle Driver is essential to the overall residential experience at the Asbury Ocean Club. Responsibilities include providing residents and their guests transportation around Asbury Park in a low speed electric shuttle. The vehicles are to be kept spotless and running smoothly during operational hours.The ideal candidate will be friendly and generous, upholding the expectations of true hospitality. This is a summer position from May 23th until September 30th.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Transporting residents and their guests safely within the set parameters.
  • Keeping the shuttles clean and charged
  • Ensure besides a safe drive, a true hospitality experience.
  • Run errands for residents as needed.
  • Ensure the building entrance and driveway is clutter free.
  • Report damages on the vehicles.
  • Be fully aware of every resident, events in the building and in town.
  • Provide gracious, attentive and friendly service.
  • Accurately communicate with other shifts and service providers.
  • Other duties as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be over 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and pass a MVR check
  • Weekend shifts required. Must be willing to work one of the following shifts:
    • Friday 4pm - 11pm. Saturday 4pm - 11pm. Sunday 12pm - 8pm
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Without hesitation, assist coworkers and residents in any manner necessary to maintain a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent services.
  • Must have basic knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood and a sharp sense of hospitality.
  • Ability to work in a heavy summer resort environment.

The Electric Shuttle Driver position with LIVunLtd pays $18.00 per hour.
