Summer Office Assistant (Front Desk) – Summer Opportunity

Looking for a flexible summer role? We’re seeking a reliable, friendly individual to help support our front office while a team member is on leave.

This position is a great fit for teachers, paraeducators, or school staff who are off for the summer and enjoy working with people in a structured, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and visitors at the front desk
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, organizing paperwork)
  • Support the office team with day-to-day operations

Schedule & Details:

  • Temporary / Summer position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm 
  • Training provided
