Pritchard Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our dealership locations in Britt and Garner, Iowa. This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, accounts payable and receivable activities, payroll support, title work assistance, office administration, and customer service functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining accurate records while supporting the overall success of both locations.

This position will split time between our Britt and Garner dealership locations and requires the ability to travel between locations as needed.

What You'll DoAccounting & Financial Administration
  • Reconcile repair order (RO) cash, petty cash, company credit cards, and parts statements.
  • Enter accounts payable invoices, fuel tickets, purchase orders, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable activities, including vendors, drivers, flooring accounts, and bank deposits.
  • Create, process, and reconcile invoices and accounts receivable payments.
  • Process franchise interest payments and other required debt obligations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Process and maintain W-9 and 1099 documentation.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with payroll administration and related reporting.
  • Support title processing and documentation activities.
  • Process customer credit applications.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and administrative materials.
  • File and maintain dealership records and documentation.
  • Perform post office and bank runs as needed.
Customer Service & Communication
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving issues.
  • Support employees, customers, vendors, and management with administrative needs.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Operational Support
  • Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives.
  • Support management with reporting and operational tasks.
  • Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and employee information.
