We are seeking an Office Manager who is organized, collaborative, personable, and committed to serving others. Working closely with the pastor, staff, and volunteers, this position helps ensure the parish office operates smoothly while supporting the ministries and mission of our parish.  If you are looking for a supportive work environment with a fun group of co-workers, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities: 


Parish Office Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the parish office
  • Develop and maintain efficient office procedures.
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional environment for parishioners and visitors.
  • Maintain sacramental records
  • Process record requests and official documentation.
  • Oversee cemetery plots sales and records
  • Support the pastor, clergy, and parish staff.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and maintain office calendars.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Manage room and event reservations.

Communications

  • Create the weekly parish bulletin.
  • Assist with website, social media, and parish announcements.
  • Manage parish email and phone communications.
  • Create flyers, newsletters, and event promotions
  • Schedule Mass ministry volunteers 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn parish management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with the Catholic Church and a commitment to supporting the parish's mission.
