We're hiring to expand our Landscaping Team (Golf Course Maintenance). This is a hands-on role supporting the beauty and playability of our golf course and club grounds perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, nature, and being part of a hardworking team.

Whether you're a student looking for an active summer job or someone with landscaping experience seeking seasonal work, this is an opportunity to work in a unique island environment while building valuable skills. We have part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions currently open. 

What You'll Do

Working under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, you'll help maintain the golf course and surrounding club properties, including:

  • Maintaining turfgrass, landscaped areas, and facility grounds

  • Mowing, trimming, blowing, and general landscape upkeep

  • Raking bunkers and maintaining sanded areas

  • Pruning trees, shrubs, and maintaining plant health

  • Watering, fertilizing, and caring for flowers and native grasses

  • Keeping club grounds clean and free of debris

  • Assisting with irrigation repairs and maintenance

  • Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely

  • Supporting special projects around the Club as needed
