They help with tasks like mowing, watering, fertilizing, and repairing turf, as well as setting up for events. These interns work under the supervision of experienced groundskeepers and gain hands-on experience in landscape and turf management. The role is ideal for students or individuals interested in careers in horticulture, landscaping, or sports field management.

Familiarity with tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and sometimes safety certifications like OSHA are typically required. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication help you excel in this hands-on, collaborative environment.
