Job description

The Vermont Mountaineers are are one of thirteen teams in the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) and are looking to fill internships (unpaid) for the 2027 season that runs from June 1st- August 15th. Candidates must commit to stay for the entire season to be considered and have their own vehicle or be able to carpool with another intern. Housing will be provided by the team.
  • Broadcast each home and away game on the NECBL Network and ESPN*
  • Write game-day programs for each home game and game recaps after each home and away game
  • Help with broadcast setup and takedown before and after each home broadcast
  • Be willing to help with field operations and game day operations
  • Opportunity to work three weeks of youth baseball camp
  • Write game recaps following each game (all home, some road games) to distribute to the press list. Also write weekly award winners' profiles
  • This position will start in person this summer (June 1-August 15th.)
