The role involves routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, watering, and fertilizing, as well as the repair and upkeep of course infrastructure. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to identify and address issues that could affect playability or safety. Ultimately, the Golf Course Grounds Crew contributes directly to the reputation and success of the golf facility by preserving its natural beauty and operational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to operate groundskeeping machinery and tools safely.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
