Summary of Job Duties:
The Grounds Crew Assistant will assist in the maintenance of the University of Arkansas Athletic Department grounds and competition fields/stadiums. These include synthetic and natural grass surfaces, as well as landscaped beds. This position will assist with snow and ice removal and must be able to work outside activities/events when applicable, which would include nights and weekends.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to do required lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to operate small engine lawn care equipment
