Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Camp Counselors to work with young campers ages 4-6. This role is perfect for educators who want to spend their summer outdoors, active, and making a positive impact on young children.

About the Role
As a Camp Counselor for ages 4-6, you will help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment where young campers are introduced to baseball and softball through age-appropriate games and activities.
No advanced sports experience required-we provide all training, curriculum, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and engage campers ages 4-6 in small groups
  • Lead age-appropriate games, activities, and beginner sports instruction
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
  • Support social development, teamwork, and confidence-building

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children ages 3-6 (required)

Schedule & Commitment
