Job description

Daycare Caregiver (Full time)

Southeast Fountain School Corporation

Mini-Mustangs Learning Academy


Southeast Fountain Schools has a Mini-Mustangs Learning Academy instructional aide opening for the 2026-2027 school year. Internal and external candidates will be considered. Responsibilities include providing care to children 6 weeks - 3 years old; feeding, changing diapers, supporting potty training, and providing appropriate level instruction as determined by the lead teacher of the daycare.

Position will remain open until filled.


Starting pay for this position is $14.86 per hour. The position is full time, 7:30-3:30.


Job Requirements

Daycare staff must successfully complete state requirements including fingerprint background check, TB test, CPR & First Aid certification, random drug screening, and ongoing professional development.
