What You’ll Do: 

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth. 
Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care. 
Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. 
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies. 
Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system. 
Participate in case management and team meetings as needed. 
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary. 

Who You Are: 

Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York  
An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance 
Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload 
Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability  
Skilled in time management and documentation 
Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus! 

Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.
