Come Join Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort for the 2026 Season!Our Season runs from May through September. Park is open on weekends May and September.

Requirements for the Program:

  • Anyone living on site must work for Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort
  • Must have a Camper/RV with total sustainability (Operating Kitchen/Shower/Toilet)
  • Must work at least 35 hours per week (during full season operation)
  • 15 hours per week covers cost of site

Skills and Abilities:
  • Problem Solving Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information efficiently; and develop alternative solutions when needed.
  • Mathematic Ability Utilize basic arithmetic (Add, Subtract, Divide, and Multiply)
  • Technical Skills Properly handle a cash register and its functions after training.
  • Communication Greet each and every guest in a warm and inviting manor; complete all supporting documentation in a clear and concise fashion; and able to read and interpret information quickly.
  • Planning/ Organizing Keep assigned work area clean and organized at all times; file appropriate documentation and be able to furnish information on request; fill downtime with appropriate tasks; and work in an efficient manor.
  • Quality Control Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; look for ways to improve and promote quality; and be able to monitor own work for quality assurance.
  • Dependability Follows instructions and responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; completes tasks on time; consistently on time for scheduled shift; and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent.
Minimum Age:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (will accept 16+ with parent and/or guardian)

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Demands*- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; stand; walk/pace; use hands to handle equipment or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Work Environment*- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to hot and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions (depending on location); and various cooking/ heating equipment.

Occasionally = Less than 33% of time worked is dedicated to the activity.

Frequently = Between 33 66% of time worked is dedicated to the activity.

Regularly = More than 66% of the time worked is dedicated to the activity.
