Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and fishing activities

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

- Coordinate reservations for accommodations, fishing trips, and other activities

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest documentation is accurate
