Job Title: Live-In House Parents for International Students
Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19118
Position Duration: Immediate, September 2026 – June 2027 (can move-in in summer 2026)
Job Type: Contract, Live-In Position
Compensation:

  • Monthly stipend

  • Rent and utilities fully covered

  • Food budget provided (covers meals for both students and house parents)

  • Transportation to and from school included

About the Role

ABC Education Group is seeking a compassionate, responsible couple to serve as live-in House Parents for four to six international high school students attending schools in Philadelphia, PA, 19118 for international students at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy. This is a meaningful, mission-driven opportunity to create a structured, nurturing home environment while mentoring and guiding students during their year abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily care and supervision for four to six international students

  • Prepare and serve three daily meals, including packed school lunches

  • Ensure safe transportation to and from the school

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive home atmosphere

  • Offer emotional and spiritual support as the students’ main guardians

  • Support students academically and socially, and foster cultural exchange

  • Uphold household safety standards and promote respectful behavior

Qualifications

  • Couple preferred

  • Age 25+

  • Available full-time from September 2026 through June 2027, with the possibility of being considered for new openings at any time.

  • Must complete an interview and background check

  • Ability to maintain a structured home routine and set boundaries

  • Willingness to follow all ABC Education Group policies and safety guidelines
