Job Summary:
Provide a fun and safe aquatic environment for all members, their families, and guests.
ย 

Job Duties:

  • To maintain and provide a safe aquatic environment for all members in compliance with club standard operating procedures and The Red Cross or YMCA lifeguard certification standards.
  • To connect with members and their families through ongoing contact on the pool deck and participation in club activities.
  • To properly maintain and monitor the pool environment so it meets all required local health codes and member needs
  • To maintain a clean and safe pool environment through proper cleaning and preventative maintenance of aquatic equipment, distribution and laundry service of towels, checking in members and their guests, regular attention to pool furniture, and trash ย ย ย ย ย removal.
  • Teaching swim lessons, potentially coaching of swim team supervising group swim activities, and helping with other aquatic program activities set forth by management including direction from the Youth Director.

These amenities include An 18-Hole Donald Ross Designed Golf Course, Clay, and Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Two Platform Tennis Courts, 215 Acre Natural Lake, Zero-Entry Pool, Banquet and Event Services, and Three Ala Carte Dining Facilities.
