Qualifications

  • Able to work any shift

Pay

  • $16.00 to $18.50 /hour
    • $16.00/hour ($16.50/hour Mixing dept. & Calander Mill) for your first year. If returning, will receive an additional dollar every year after that. Cap limit of $18.00/hour ($18.50/hour Mixing dept. & Calandar Mill).
  • Plus shift premiums---$0.50 per hour for 2nd shift, & $0.25 per hour for 3rd shift

Summer Perfect Attendance Bonus

  • Summer employees will be eligible for a $100 bonus payable with their last check if the following conditions are met: employee isn’t absent/tardy/or leave early for the duration of their summer schedule and the employee works their entire summer without any changes to their last day worked schedule.
  • The only exceptions for attendance are: documented college orientation, approved funeral leave, or documented hospitalization of summer employee.

Time and Hours of Work

  • Main Plant/Warehouse
    • 1st Shift: 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
    • 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
    • 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am Sunday night-Friday morning (Warehouse is 10pm-6am Monday night-Thursday night and Friday 5pm-1am)
  • Grounds Crew
    • 1st Shift: 6am-2pm Monday-Friday

Time Incentive Program

  • Once an employee is trained and qualified (meets production quota during shift) on an incentive production job, the employee who reaches production goal can leave work early while obtaining 8 hours of pay.

Dress Code

  • Appropriate dress or attire is required while working.

Safety

  • Required steel-toe work shoes (except for office jobs that are not in the plant or production area)
