Job description

OAPSE requests via internal applications will be accepted online until 12:00 pmย on 5/29/2026

Overview:ย Summer cleaners will be selected in accordance with the bargaining agreement regarding summer workers. Assignments will be determined by theย Facilities and Operations Director based on District Building(s) needs.ย 
ย 



Assignment Start Date: June 1, 2026
Times:ย 8 am to 1:45 pmย  (times may vary based on the employees contracted hours during the school year)
Compensation:ย ย $13.64ย per hour -summer cleaner rate in accordance with the OAPSE bargaining agreementย 
ย 


Requirements: (Must have the following on file before starting.)

  1. Favorable BCI (State) and FBI (Federal) background checks
  2. Negative drug screen result


Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education.ย Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.ย
