Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Setting: 100% Clinic-Based with Limited Telehealth (up to 10%)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy

  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with caregivers, PTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants

  • Provide caregiver education and home programs to increase carryover

  • Complete documentation in a user-friendly EMR

  • Bring creativity, fun, and a child-centered approach to every session

Qualifications
  • Occupational Therapy degree + active (or eligible) California OT license

  • Minimum two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome

  • Pediatric and/or sensory integration experience is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Genuine passion for working with children and families

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required

Clinical Performance Benchmarks
  • Help children achieve 80%+ of therapy goals

  • Maintain 95%+ family satisfaction

  • Submit 100% of required billable hours

  • Complete daily notes within 24 hours

  • Submit evaluations/re-evaluations within 48–72 hours
