Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Coming Home Media Group is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, the ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working closely with Director of Customer Success, this role will help maintain accurate partner records, program documentation, and tracking systems, facilitate daily homeowner marketing emails, and more.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate daily homeowner emails for contracted clients.
  • Manage and facilitate completion of branch HOA newsletter requests.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, program documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with partner renewals, contract processing, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate Lunch & Learn events, webinars, vendor fairs, branch meetings, and educational presentations.
  • Manage scheduling logistics with branches, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing and presentation materials are collected, reviewed, and distributed in advance of events.
  • Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to help increase engagement and grow the company's digital audience.
  • Serve as a supplementary point of contact for branch inquiries related to Associa Advantage programs.
  • Support distribution of partner marketing collateral and promotional resources.
  • Support execution of branch communication campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining program calendars, team call agendas and communication schedules.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining social media strategies that support internal teams that support internal teams like Sales and Client success, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence.
  • Maintain program databases, tracking reports, and partner records.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Branch Leadership teams.
  • Support national initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.
  • Assist with annual conferences, leadership meetings, and special events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • Team oriented, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Eager to learn, take feedback and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Good time management and organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
