This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, including substance use histories and psychosocial factors.
• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing relational and interpersonal approaches to address complex emotional and behavioral issues.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to contribute insights and strategies that enhance integrated care for clients.
• Maintain clear and organized case documentation as per regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare laws.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as necessary, ensuring immediate and effective responses to acute mental health challenges.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on patients struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. This role involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. Your ability to build rapport, develop trust, and provide empathetic care will be essential in helping clients navigate their challenges while pursuing recovery and healing.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting with proven experience in mental health counseling and interventions.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it provides familiarity with remote treatment delivery and client engagement techniques.
• Experience working with a diverse range of mental health issues, particularly in relation to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management processes.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to monetary compensation, you will benefit from:
