Position Overview

Pyramid Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with students and their families to evaluate their psychosocial needs, strengths, and areas needing support.
• Develop tailored, measurable treatment plans addressing each student's unique challenges and goals.
• Implement interventions that facilitate emotional regulation, coping strategies, and resilience among students.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to students experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain and update accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and ongoing evaluations of care.
• Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care for students.
• Provide education and resources to families on navigating mental health challenges and accessing community support services.
• Participate in case conferences, contributing to multidisciplinary meetings and providing expert insights on student needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by school-aged children and adolescents, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bullying, trauma, and family dynamics. The LCSW will work primarily with students, parents, and educators in fostering a supportive environment that facilitates student success both academically and personally.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in social work and counseling within school or community settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and cultural competence.
• Strong ethics and adherence to professional boundaries and confidentiality protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
