Position Overview

Work Environment

This role will predominantly be a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage cases and interact with clients from a convenient home office. However, you will maintain a strong connection with clients through phone consultations and virtual meetings, ensuring consistent support. You will also be collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of educators, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to support our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized support programs to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges and dependencies.
• Conduct thorough client interviews, assessing their current needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Set attainable, measurable goals tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring a focused treatment plan.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through regular check-ins and updates, adapting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide professional counseling during sessions, offering informed recommendations and resources for clients.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client records, case statuses, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in case conferences to discuss client progress and contribute your insights as an expert.
• Act as a key worker, collaborating with various professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Refer clients to community resources and services to enhance their recovery from various challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families facing significant life challenges. Your clients may be dealing with traumatic experiences, mental health issues, or substance-related difficulties. Engaging with this diverse population requires a deep understanding of their specific needs and an ability to foster trust and rapport swiftly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in social work and counseling services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues alike.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Pyramid Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
