We invite compassionate and licensed professionals to join our team as full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) at A Better Self Behavioral and Psychological Center. • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, fostering a safe and supportive online environment for clients to explore their emotions and challenges.
• Administer comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately determine client needs, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that incorporate the best therapeutic practices suitable for each client's unique situation.
• Actively engage in regular multi-disciplinary team meetings to refine treatment strategies and discuss client progress with fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

You will work collaboratively with clients across various demographics, helping them develop coping strategies, heal relationships, and achieve personal growth. Your role is crucial in supporting their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Licensure: You must possess a current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Prior to employment, you will need to meet pre-employment conditions, including annual tuberculosis screening, background checks, and drug screening as mandated by law and company policy.

• Experience in delivering teletherapy services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing will be advantageous.
• Prior experience working with substance abuse populations and co-occurring disorders is desirable.
