Position Summary

J. J. Keller is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in managing subscription revenue performance, billing accuracy, and revenue forecasting for our Technology Solutions business unit. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issues, improve processes, and ensure the integrity of financial data.

In addition, this role develops forecasts, analyzes business performance, and provides actionable insights to support decision-making. The Financial Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on subscription and transactional revenue models, leads process improvement initiatives, and helps advance subscription management capabilities to support business growth. This position also provides guidance and support to analysts and project team members while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

This role requires you to be onsite at our Neenah corporate campus 3 days per week and reside in the local market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze billing, revenue, and subscription performance to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Investigate root causes of billing and revenue issues and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
  • Own and continuously improve reconciliation and revenue governance processes.
  • Develop revenue forecasts, projections, and business analyses to support planning and decision-making.
  • Present findings, forecasts, and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription, transactional, and other revenue business models.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.
  • Provide guidance, prioritization, and technical direction to supporting analysts and project team members.
  • Support implementation and ongoing management of subscription management processes, systems, and capabilities.
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue management, business analytics, marketing analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing financial models, forecasts, projections, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge of subscription, recurring revenue, transactional, or product-based business models.
  • Experience working with enterprise business systems, reporting tools, and data platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with business intelligence and analytics tools preferred.
Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
