This role serves as a foundational steward of product marketing systems and customer-facing information governance, ensuring that assets, data, and workflows are structured, reliable, discoverable, and consistently used across the team.
In addition, this role builds analytical and insights capabilities by synthesizing secondary research, voice-of-customer inputs, and go-to-market (GTM) performance data to support product marketing decisions.
This position is intentionally designed as an entry point into the Product Marketing career path, with exposure to market insights, product positioning, development and GTM execution.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field
Experience: 1+ years of experience building, configuring, or learning to build AI-powered workflows, automations, internal tools or agents to improve systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency and scale
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule:
This hybrid role is based in Menasha, WI, with team members onsite 1-3 days per week to support collaboration and connection. Core hours are typically between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer a degree of flexibility to ensure team members can successfully meet the responsibilities of their role while maintaining balance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Marketing Processes & Operating Rhythm
  • Own and maintain the Product Marketing operating rhythm that aligns product development process (PDP) phase-gate touchpoints with planning, execution and review cycles
  • Document, maintain, and continuously improve Product Marketing processes, playbooks, templates and governance standards
  • Support consistent adoption of tools, workflows and standards across the Product Marketing team
  • Reinforce single-source-of-truth behaviors across systems by defining how product marketing information is created, stored, updated and used
  • Design and maintain AI-ready knowledge systems, including structured repositories, metadata standards, and information architecture

Product Marketing Product Development Process (PDP) Governance
  • Serve as the owner for product marketing PDP-related governance
  • Maintain and evolve PDP templates, guidance, and required Product Marketing deliverables by phase
  • Track product marketing team adoption and consistency of PDP expectations across the Product Marketing team
  • Identify gaps, risks, or optimization opportunities for product marketing within PDP deliverables, timing and dependencies

Product Marketing Tools & Systems Governance
  • Create, maintain, and govern core Product Marketing deliverables that document how our products work, what problems they solve, and customer value
  • Build and maintain AI-supported intake workflows that route, summarize and prioritize requests based on defined rules, signals and business context
  • Reduce ad-hoc and reactive work by enforcing defined intake and planning processes
  • Define and enforce standards for asset structure, naming, metadata, versioning and lifecycle status
  • Ensure product marketing outputs are accurate, current, evidence-based, and easy for downstream teams to find and use

Market Insights, Data Synthesis & GTM Review Support
  • Partner cross-functionally to help clarify and maintain shared definitions for sales funnel and GTM performance metrics
  • Partner with Market Research to support voice-of-customer (VOC) question definition, synthesis and documentation
  • Synthesize inputs into clear, structured insights that inform messaging, priorities, and Product Marketing discussions, connecting research, VOC and performance data
  • Design and maintain AI-assisted data synthesis workflows that normalize, summarize and connect disparate data sources into coherent, review-ready narratives
  • Support GTM reviews by maintaining metrics, templates, scorecards and documentation, ensuring all insights align with approved sources, definitions and standards

AI Enablement, Process & Governance
  • Help design, configure and operationalize AI-powered workflows and internal tools across Product Marketing, including defining where AI is embedded into systems, processes, and decision flows
  • Build, document and maintain AI-supported processes, prompts, and guardrails to ensure outputs are accurate, repeatable, governed
  • Prototype, test and help operationalize AI capabilities (e.g. automations, agents, or intelligent workflows) that improve efficiency, scalability and decision quality
  • Help the team move from ad-hoc AI usage to intentional, governed, and value-driven adoption
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
