Provide coverage to manage all areas related to identifying, implementing, and maintaining by-product management programs. Supports other project managers as needed. Oversees safety and adherence to timeframe and costs throughout the project to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Direct customer facility management Serve as the Single Point of Contact.
  • Travel throughout US and Canada approximately 40-60%.
  • Consult with clients and vendors to develop solutions to improve by-product management processes.
  • Balance customer contract requirements and company profit initiatives.
  • Provide assistance to customers on all aspects of waste and recycling.
  • Identify all opportunities that can be serviced by Envita Solutions.
  • Be intimately involved in scoping, risk assessment, and pricing of projects, assuring proper margin is quoted. Prepare required reports, including proposals, cost estimates, comprehensive scopes of work, and shipping volume reports.
  • Act as an agent of business and is involved with developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and vendors. Interfaces with internal and external customers, contractors and subcontractors.
  • Assesses and fulfills project needs in terms of equipment and labor, oversees safety and adherence to timeframe and costs throughout the project to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction.
  • Visits sites during project to monitor and keep client apprised of progress; recognizes and negotiates changes in original project plan and adjusts costs accordingly; performs field activities such as collecting samples if necessary.
  • Meet with supplier partners to discuss and negotiate opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients (as requested).
  • Review supplier and customer invoices for data & profit accuracy.
  • Utilize Salesforce for opportunity tracking.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial scenarios & write proposals.
  • Enter and maintain information w/in Salesforce for opportunity tracking.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.
Education Qualifications
  • Required High School or Equivalent
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree 4-year degree

Experience Qualifications
  • Required 1+ years Minimum of 2 experiences in one of the following categories: Sustainability, Consultative solutions, Environmental, Property Management, Sales or Customer Services
  • Required Experience balancing and delivering in a deadline driven environment.

Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite programs
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
  • Possess time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Sound communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities
