What You'll Do
  • Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
  • Diagnose and repair Subaru mechanical and electrical systems
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and major engine repairs
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation
  • Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Stay current on Subaru technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Subaru technician or strong import dealership experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) preferred
  • ASE Certifications are a plus (we'll help you maintain them)
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time
  • Team-oriented attitude with excellent work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
